GIRLS GYMNASTICS

CLASSES FOR BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED

Our girls' recreational classes will provide opportunities for school-aged girls to grow and develop their skills in a safe, positive environment.

A variety of class times and levels to accommodate busy family schedules as well as overlapping classes to serve the whole family.

School-age girls will develop a solid foundation and beyond on; vault, bars, beam, floor, tumbl trak, and trampoline.

Skill evaluations every 8 weeks to encourage continued growth and development. Children are able to develop at their own pace while required focus skills ensure they build a solid foundation as they progress.

55 minute classes at the early levels increasing to 85 minutes as they progress.

BOYS GYMNASTICS
